1. Cook onion, garlic, carrot and courgette in a hot pan with a little oil for 5 minutes – until soft – add chili powder and cumin and cook for a bit longer 2. Turn off the heat 3. Roughly mash the beans in a large bowl 4. Add cooked vegetable mixture, mustard, tomato sauce, soy sauce, oats and honey and mix together 5. Shape the mixture into patties - ±5 patties 6. Heat your frying pan with a little oil and fry OR bake the patties for approximately 8 minutes (4 minutes on each side) or until golden brown 7.
