Chocolate Soufflé

This rich, creamy dessert ticks all the boxes – keep this recipe on hand, you will want to make it again!  


  • 1 egg
  • 1 banana
  • 2 heaped tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey/stevia
  • Berries (or frozen blueberries) and pecan nuts for serving  
  1. Preheat oven to 180 C
  2. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until a smooth batter forms
  3. Place the batter into two greased ramekins
  4. Bake in oven for 15 minutes
  5. Best served hot out of the oven, topped with berries (could also use frozen blueberries)
