Homemade Hummus


  • 1 can butter beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin - optional
  • Half a fresh lemon - squeeze the juice into the mix
  • Dash of fresh chili or tabasco
  • Dash of water OR more olive oil if the mix is too thick
  • Salt and pepper  

Method: All all the ingredients into your blender and blend them.  

It's as easy as that!!!!
