- 1 can butter beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin - optional
- Half a fresh lemon - squeeze the juice into the mix
- Dash of fresh chili or tabasco
- Dash of water OR more olive oil if the mix is too thick
- Salt and pepper
Method: All all the ingredients into your blender and blend them.
